Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month: Cockroaches and Rodents

May is Asthma and Allergy awareness month. Sponsored by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation, this month is dedicated to the spreading awareness about problems with allergies and prevention/protection strategies for those that suffer from them.

Allergies affect millions of people in Pennsylvania, and for those that suffer from asthma, allergies can be a devastating trigger that can lead to panic, trouble breathing, and possibly dangerous complications.

Forgotten Causes of Allergies

These two allergens need to be addressed this upcoming year, especially if you are prone to asthma or you have allergies and have experienced these pests in your home before. They are two of the most forgotten causes of allergies on the East Coast, and when left untreated they can lead to a lot of breathing problems and uncomfortable summers.
